Creating composite titles with layers
You can create complex titles by using layers. Layers can be based on text, shapes, photos or videos. Layers are a great way to organize different elements of your titles and give you the flexibility to change one part without affecting another part. You can create lower-third title graphics by using layers, as well as logos and other graphics that incorporate text.
* To create title layers
1 In the Title panel, click the Text tab to ensure the Text page is displayed.
2 At the top of the Layers list area, click one of the following buttons:
Add Text Layer : Adds a new text layer to the list.
Shape Tool : Choose a vector shape or choose Add assets from Library to open a window that lets you search and select media by Project Bins, Video, or Photo categories. Click the Apply button after you select the media to close the selection window and add the layer to the list.
